Dishwasher

We do not have a commercial dish washer, all dishes are done manually in a three compartment sink. We are a vegetarian restaurant, so most dishes are not overly greasy. Dish Washer is responsible to keep clean dishes and cups supplied to kitchen and drink stations, as well as all of the other dishes created during the day. Our shifts run from 9am to 1pm and 1pm though closing (usually ends around 6pm).

We are small family run operation, farm to table, home baked breads and desserts. We are a mother and sisters team who run the business together, all taking on different roles. We hope you will enjoy an intimate setting among family and co-workers.
