Job Description
Cerberus Home is adding appointment setters across the Denver metro.
You knock, you book. Someone else runs the appointment and closes the job. You never sit at a kitchen table trying to close a sale.
What you do
- Work Denver metro neighborhoods
- Talk to homeowners about paint, windows, siding, gutters, doors, and baths
- Book qualified appointments on our calendar
What you earn
- $150–$200 for every qualified appointment you set
- 7–9% commission on every job that closes
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- No cap
A qualified appointment means a homeowner who owns the home, has a real need, and sits through a full estimate.
What you need
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Willingness to work outside and talk to people
No experience required. No license required. No cold calling.
About this role
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment. You can set your own schedule and decide when and where you work. Optional training and resources are available, and you are not required to use them but are there for people who want to maximize their earnings.
