- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and grow.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the community.
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Relevant certifications in childcare or teaching preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and their families.
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
