Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for having your branch’s inventory accurately recorded in our ERP system.
- Reorder material as needed to ensure branch has material available at all time.
- Communicate arrival of new material to Sales and operational teams the same day material arrives.
- forecast inventory needs - reorder inventory on menu before we run out using inventory reorder report with order up to level and reorder qty
- Ensure scrap material is recorded and discarded accordingly.
- Ensure Yard and warehouse are organized.
- Create POs for all material purchased.
- Receive material and enter it in the ERP system.
- Ensure that all material received matches Purchased orders.
