Provide person centered support to people with varying degrees of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care
- Monitor and maintains safety and health of individuals
- Participate in activities and social experiences within the community with individuals
- Shares behavioral, health, and program concerns with management
Qualifications:
- Capable to serve individuals with special needs to enhance their quality of life
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Driver's license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Pass Employer Background check
- Minimum 1 year experience in group homes and/or direct care roles preferred, but not required..
