Sales Producer – Insurance Office (Sugar Land / Houston)
We are a growing insurance office looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Sales Producer.
What you’ll do:
- Follow up with incoming leads (calls, texts, emails)
- Sell auto, home, and commercial policies
- Build relationships with referral partners
- Keep pipeline organized and active
What we’re looking for:
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with follow-ups and closing
Compensation:
- Base + commission (uncapped)
