The Willis Group – Moving Forward, LLC is seeking a charismatic, energetic, and dependable Attendant Buddy to provide companionship and support to individuals with disabilities throughout Denton County, Texas.

YOUR ROLE

As an Attendant Buddy, you will provide positive companionship and support while encouraging independence, social interaction, and participation in the community.

Responsibilities may include:

• Accompanying individuals on community outings, activities, and appointments
• Providing companionship and a dependable presence
• Supporting individuals in their home and community environments
• Encouraging independence, social interaction, and development of life skills
• Participating in recreational and social activities
• Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging experience
• Paying close attention to individual needs, preferences, and details
