Cocktail Lounge Server
Job Description
One Eleven Martini Parlour is seeking enthusiastic Cocktail Lounge Servers to join our weekend team. Our ideal candidates are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to contribute to the growth and welcoming atmosphere of the One Eleven Family. Candidates must commit to at least three shifts per week to qualify for our 401K plan. Shifts are a combination of Thursday-Friday-Saturday and/or Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service
- Take and accurately process drink orders
- Serve beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate tabs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area
- Engage guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Upsell drinks and specials to enhance guest experience
