Sales Representative

We are looking for someone to become the Sales Rep. of our Trucking Company. The ideal candidate will have a book of customers and enough connections in shippers, distributors and such to bring revenue from the get-go. Please do not apply if you cannot bring new business within a month.

Our team is very professional and respectful, we have very good equipment too.

Job type: Full time | It will start as Contractor (1099) and can become W2.

Compensation: Base Salary plus uncap Commissions. Most of the compensation will come on commissions.

• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Work independently, superior work ethic.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Display strategic and creative thinking skill.
• Competent office software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong in negotiation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.
• Previous experience in the Trucking Industry is preferred.
• Must have your own Vehicle.
• Must have your own Computer.
• Must be able to pass a full background check.
• Competent office software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Be accountable.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Create sales material to present to customers.
• Lead company's marketing strategy.
