Bartender

We are seeking a Bartender to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation & Service: Accurately mix, garnish, and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
• Guest Experience: Greet patrons warmly, offer menu recommendations, and provide attentive service to build a loyal regular clientele.
• Responsible Service: Consistently verify customer identification for legal drinking age and monitor intoxication levels to ensure a safe environment.
• Sales & Transactions: Process payments efficiently using POS systems, manage open tabs, and accurately balance daily cash receipts.
• Operations & Cleaning: Maintain a spotless and well-stocked bar by preparing garnishes, cleaning glassware, and performing opening/closing inventory checks.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long shifts (up to 8–10 hours), work in loud environments, and lift heavy items like beer kegs (often 30–50 lbs).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, clear verbal communication, active listening, and a "can-do" attitude under pressure.
• Availability: Candidates must typically be available to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
