At established Solo Cardiologist's Office Practice in Newport Beach, CA
responsibilities include:
Greeting patients as they arrive and obtaining necessary documents like insurance cards or new patient paperwork and Scanning Documents they bring.
Scheduling office visits and in office testing
Scheduling Hospital Procedures
answering phones and taking detailed messages
assisting back office staff at times as necessary in returning messages and refilling meds, etc
Hourly wages dependent on experience
