Schedule
Initial hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
After training and onboarding, scheduling can become more flexible, with start and end times typically ranging anywhere between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM depending on workload and team coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily schedules for field staff and inspections
- Communicate with builders, contractors, homeowners, and internal team members
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and job documentation
- Update spreadsheets, schedules, and internal tracking systems
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally
- Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time

- Prior scheduling, dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

Tacoma Energy provides Energy Certifications and analysis of single and multi family homes to ensure they pass code, Energy Star, Tax Credit, and other certifications. They are also responsible for home inspections for new construction homes, as well as HVAC design. Tacoma Energy has years’ of experience in the field of Energy Auditing, Training, Testing, Managing, Manual J,D, and S calculations for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Energy modeling through Performance and Building Code Support. Today we have locations in multiple cities and continue to expand.
