We are seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our commercial cleaning team. We currently have both Day Porter and Evening Janitorial opportunities available in professional office environments.

Pay

• Day Porter: $17.00 per hour

• Evening Janitorial Technician: $16.00 per hour

Positions Available

Day Porter

• Monday – Friday

• Daytime business hours

• Customer-facing position in occupied office buildings

• Frequent interaction with tenants, visitors, and property management

Evening Janitorial Technician

• Monday – Friday

• Evening hours

• Commercial office cleaning after business hours

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors

• Dust desks, counters, and common areas

• Clean glass, mirrors, and entryways

• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies

• Maintain lobbies, break rooms, and common areas

• Follow company cleaning procedures and schedules

• Report maintenance and safety concerns

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to comply with company uniform and workplace appearance standards

• Ability to represent the company professionally in customer environments
