Warehouse Associate
Job Description
What We're Looking For
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You'll Do
- Pick customer orders using an automated voice-directed headset system (English required)
- Accurately pack, load, and unload trailers for inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy
- Handle a variety of household and storage products with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
What You'll Bring
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Basic English comprehension for voice-picking system
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Employment Type & Compensation
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Compensation: $16.00 per hour
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Available Shift
- Sunday - Wednesday | 6:00am - 4:30pm
