Job Summary
The Installer is responsible for performing the hands‐on work required to complete Garage Force coating installations. This role supports the Crew Chief by preparing surfaces, operating equipment, applying coating systems, maintaining jobsite cleanliness, and ensuring each project meets Garage Force quality standards. The Installer plays a critical role in delivering a professional, durable, and visually impressive finished product.
General Accountabilities
Perform full surface prep including grinding, vacuuming, crack repair, patching, and moisture mitigation
Mix, apply, and finish floor coatings (base coat, paint, chip broadcast, topcoat, etc.)
Operate grinders, vacuums, hand tools, and coating equipment safely and effectively
Ensure proper adhesion, coverage, and finish quality on every project
Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and protect customer property
Load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Job Qualifications
Painting experience preferred
Experience in flooring, coatings, painting, construction, or related trades preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for 8-10 hours
Comfortable using power tools and jobsite equipment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‐paced environment
