Job Description
Position Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual who takes initiative as well as extreme pride in their work. Patience and strong communication skills are required as this role interfaces with customers. You will be responsible for working
- General office operations & administrative duties
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Review & manage time entered for staff in our billing system
- Assist with staff scheduling
- Review Quickbooks & bank reconciliation
- Liaise with accountant for quarterly and annual tax reports
- Perform general clerical office duties
- Assist with preparing client agreements and work orders
- Work with team on managing social media platforms and postings
Position Requirements:
- Associate Degree or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational skills and time-management
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Quickbooks experience is preferred
- Experience with ConnectWise is a plus
- Experience working for a technology firm is a plus
