About the Role
Class A driver with experience in hauling demolition , rock, sand, gravel, scrap metal and other heavy debris.
Class A driver with experience in hauling demolition , rock, sand, gravel, scrap metal and other heavy debris.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor trailers to transport waste and recycling materials to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the truck and equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for safe driving and customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving tractor trailers.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- License must be clean and will undergo insurance review.
State Supply is a small family owned trucking company that works primarily for DeCostole Carting transfer station.
