The ideal candidate should be comfortable working all aspects of a kitchen line and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Work all stations on the kitchen line, including grill, fry, sauté, and pizza
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently
- Complete basic food prep and restock stations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently with other kitchen staff during busy service
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
Prior kitchen/line cook experience preferred. Must be dependable, able to work as part of a team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
