Sales Representative

Our client is currently seeking confident, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join their growing team as Sales Representatives.

Successful applicants will represent a nationally recognised humanitarian campaign that provides emergency relief, healthcare, food security, clean water, and long-term support to communities affected by poverty, conflict, and natural disasters around the world.

Working face-to-face with members of the public, you'll help raise awareness of the campaign's mission, inspire support, and give people the opportunity to contribute towards life-changing humanitarian work. Along the way, you'll develop valuable sales, communication, customer service, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching and practical experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative, you'll represent the campaign at professionally organised promotional events, mall and plaza locations, and pop-up sites, engaging directly with members of the public throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Starting genuine conversations and creating positive first impressions.
• Educating people about the campaign's global humanitarian work and the impact of ongoing support.
• Building trust and rapport through confident, face-to-face communication.
• Answering questions, overcoming objections, and helping supporters make informed decisions.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual and team performance goals.
• Representing the campaign with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Attending daily coaching sessions to strengthen your sales, communication, and leadership skills.
• Working collaboratively within a supportive, high-energy team environment.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, promotions, events, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. Full training and ongoing support are provided from day one.
