Direct Support Providers or Certified Nursing Assistants assist individuals aging and/or with intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living as independently as possible. You will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance while respecting each person's dignity, choices, and rights.
