Warehouse Order Picker
Job Description
Essential Functions
Locate and retrieve the correct products from designated warehouse locations.
Use RF scanners to accurately scan items and verify quantities.
Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packing in designated Customer boxes.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and dollies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and ensure order accuracy.
Perform all duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Assist with staging and preparing products for shipment, including pallet building and labeling.
Support inventory management by reporting discrepancies, damaged items, or low stock to supervisors.
Participate in cycle counts, inventory audits, and product replenishment activities as needed.
Help unload incoming shipments and verify received products against packing lists.
Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
