FINE DINING SERVERS & BARTENDERS are at the heart of coordinating orders from the guests, as well as serving our delicious food menu & libations, while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and concerns or special requests.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance dining experience.
- Process payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Clean and prepare the dining areas and bar.
Experience:
- FINE DINING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
- WINE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
- Previous experience in server role required (2 years).
- Knowledge of dining etiquette and service standards.
- Ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Resy and Toast is a plus!
