Part Time Child Care Teacher

We are seeking a Part Time Child Care to join our team! You will assist in the care and supervision of children. Must be available morning, afternoon, nights and Saturdays for our centers extended hours.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
• Implement creative activities to assist with child development
• Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
• Perform a variety of tasks, such as playing, feeding, cleaning, diaper changes, group activities in our indoor recreational facility.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
• Previous experience transporting children required
• Able to lift 40lbs
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
• Positive and patient demeanor

We are a drop-in childcare facility in Jacksonville, NC proudly serving and employing military families. We have a small, close knit staff who work together and support each other. We provide exceptional drop-in services as well as a Summer Camp and Before and After-school program. We work hard and give back to our community, children and families. We are a fast paced center full of fun, activities and playing all day!
