Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment from consultation through surgery completion
• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements professionally and confidently
• Educate patients regarding surgical procedures, timelines, and next steps
• Build strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and follow-up
• Verify benefits and discuss financing options
• Communicate with referring offices and specialty partners
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Deliver concierge level experience to every patient interaction
