Deli Associate

We are seeking an experienced Deli Associate to take charge in our busy deli/restaurant. You will be responsible for selling products, making sandwiches, slicing meats and cheeses and food prep and keeping station clean and neat at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Keep station neat and clean
• Making platters and sandwiches
• Slicing meats and cheeses
• Prepping salads and sandwich toppings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Experience with Jewish cuisine a plus
