Prep/Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated line cook to join our team. We need someone who has pizza dough experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a strong attention to detail, and have some familiarity with Hawaiian flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items, following recipes and adhering to quality standards.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented in an appealing and timely manner.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Assist in menu development.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house-teams to ensure smooth service.
• Be able to adjust recipes and dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions and guest preferences.

Ideal availability: Thursday-Sunday. Ability to work late nights a must.

Food Handler's certification required.

Bonuses every pay period based on food sales.

Potential to transition to full-time work. We are opening another business nearby that will have a pizza kitchen.
