Retail Sales Associate Plumbing Showroom

New Luxury Baths & Kitchens is a family owned and operated business since 2006. We are seeking a Plumbing Sales Associate to work in our showroom in Livermore, CA. You will be part of an established sales team that provides high-quality plumbing fixtures to the local community. We are seeking the right salesperson to help us assist clients in a professional retail setting. Successful candidates will enjoy competitive wages.

• Greet customers on sales floor and help identify their needs
• Know our plumbing product lines and demonstrate product features to customers
• Suggest products that meet customer's project goals
• Accurately check stock, price and availability
• Generate quotes, process special orders, and assure that customers receive all items
• Receive orders shipped to our warehouse and help put away stock

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or other related fields.
• Excellent phone etiquette and general computer proficiency.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proven capability to work with as a team with colleagues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, and a desire to learn.

Starting pay $20-$25 per hour based on experience
