We are seeking a skilled and motivated Esthetician to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments

  • Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products

  • Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols

  • Oversee inventory and backbar

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service

  • Upsell services and products to enhance the client experience

  • Deliver treatments in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Valid Virginia Esthetician license

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and professional

  • Passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to client care

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills

  • Willingness to learn new techniques and embrace industry trends
