Full job description
As a Pre-Qualifying Screener on our Inside Sales Team, you’ll connect with prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts. You’ll also handle inbound calls generated through TV commercials, radio ads, and social media campaigns. Our call center is fast-paced, professional, and fun — the perfect place for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
What You’ll Bring:
Prior call center or sales experience (not required, we will train you)
High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong drive to succeed
Eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of California (required)
Ability to reliably commute to our Santa Ana office before starting
Compensation
Base Pay: $20.00/hour
