Part-Time Automotive Technician / Mechanic – PA Inspection & Emissions Licensed

PA Autosport, a busy family-owned shop in Springdale, PA, is hiring an experienced part-time Automotive Technician.

Pay: $25–$40/hour based on experience and skill level
Guaranteed hourly pay – NO flat rate
W-2 position – paid weekly
Up to 29 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
• Perform PA safety inspections and emissions testing
• Brakes, suspension, engine performance, maintenance and general repairs
• Inspect and recondition dealership inventory
• Properly document diagnoses and repairs
• Complete quality repairs with minimal comebacks

Requirements

• Current PA Safety Inspection AND Emissions licenses required
• Valid driver's license
• Own tools
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Able to work independently
• Dependable and punctual
• 5+ years professional automotive experience preferred
• ASE certification is a plus
