Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for child development.
- Background check clearance required.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts.
