Part Time Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in Thornton, Colorado on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and be enthusiastic about serving families in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, health screenings, and patient education.
• Diagnose and treat a range of conditions from common ailments to chronic diseases.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and use clinical judgment to manage conditions.
• Educate patients and families on preventative care, medical conditions, and prescribed treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest in nursing and medical trends and best practices.
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and protocols.
