We’re hiring a Resident Field Service Mechanic in the Dallas area to work on large industrial grinding and chipping equipment. This is real heavy-duty work — hydraulics, electrical, and troubleshooting on machines that actually test your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial heavy equipment on-site
• Work with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Travel to customer locations (some overnight, occasional international)
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Communicate directly with customers — no middle layers

What You’ll Get

• $35–$45/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (day shift)

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in heavy equipment, diesel, ag, or similar industries
• Strong skills in hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• CDL B preferred (or willingness to get it)
• Valid driver’s license & ability to travel (passport is a plus)

Equipment You’ll Work On

• Large-scale industrial grinders & chippers
• Powered by Caterpillar engines (minimal engine teardown work)
