Our agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Albuquerque.

If you're competitive, enjoy talking with people, and love helping customers while earning uncapped commissions, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Quote and sell personal lines insurance
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up with leads and referrals
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend the best protection for their needs
• Cross-sell additional insurance products
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Property & Casualty License (required)
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
