Must have director of nursing or assistant director of nursing experience!
Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Supervising and reviewing nursing staff
- Overseeing the department budgets
- Reporting to high-level staff members
- Maintaining high standards of care
- Managing patients' data and medical records
Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- Previous experience as director of nursing ( DON / DNS ) in a nursing home setting
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
