Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Implement and document individualized support plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and household chores
- Monitor and report changes in residents' behavior or health
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to maintain a positive and patient demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
We are looking for the following shifts:
Mon-Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm; overnight, 11 pm to 8 am.
Saturday-Sunday 8 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and overnight 11 pm to 8 am.
