Emergency Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at a high‐acuity freestanding emergency center in Princeton, Texas. The ideal candidate delivers efficient, evidence‐based care, communicates clearly with patients and staff, and thrives in a fast‐paced, independent clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages presenting with emergent and urgent conditions
• Perform essential emergency procedures, including airway management, resuscitation, wound care, fracture management, and cardiac stabilization
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs, X‐rays, CT scans, and EKGs
• Collaborate with nursing staff, radiology, and laboratory teams to ensure timely, coordinated patient care
• Determine appropriate patient disposition, including discharge, transfer, or hospital admission
• Document clinical findings, medical decision‐making, and treatment plans clearly and accurately
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and quality standards
• Provide patient education with clear, concise communication

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (with emergency experience)
• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
