The Property Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential property management, working closely with a small team and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. This primarily office-based role involves managing tenant relations, lease agreements, maintenance, and vendor interactions to ensure smooth property operations and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive tenant relations and address tenant concerns promptly
  • Manage lease agreements and renewals efficiently
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Oversee rent collection and manage delinquency follow-up
  • Market available units and handle leasing processes
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes in a professional manner

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Strong tenant relations and lease administration skills
  • Experience coordinating maintenance and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Effective conflict resolution, communication, and organizational abilities
