Field Heavy Equipment Technician – Advanced (Oxnard, CA)
Pay: $47 – $60/hr
Quinn Company is hiring an experienced Advanced Field Heavy Equipment Technician to service and repair Caterpillar equipment in the Oxnard area.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair Caterpillar and related heavy equipment
- Perform advanced mechanical and hydraulic repairs
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Work in the field at customer locations
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Support and mentor other technicians when needed
- Follow all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a heavy equipment technician (Cat or similar)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
