Are you motivated, competitive, and ready to build a career with real ownership potential? The T Baca Agency with Farmers Insurance, led by Talia, is looking for driven individuals who want to grow professionally while working toward owning their own Farmers Insurance agency.
This role is part of a mentorship program designed to train and develop future agency owners. You’ll gain hands-on experience, coaching, and business training while building your own book of business.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and local networking
- Build relationships and provide personalized insurance solutions
- Help clients protect what matters most with Home, Auto, Life, and Business insurance
- Cross-sell policies and grow your book of business
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and weekly coaching
Compensation
$40,000 – $65,000 per year
Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
