Job description:
We are looking for someone friendly to come join our small office (Family) in the Dispatch & General office position. We are looing for a Full Time person starting at $16.00 to $17.00 base on experience. Someone that has a friendly clear speaking voice ready to answer phone call and dispatch out to technicians. Very accurate when entering jobs and patient with customers. You would also be taking credit cards payments over the phone from technicians or customer. Also basic general office duties including filing, emailing, cleaning area and multitask on special projects.
Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
Friday 8:00 - 3:00 .
