Caregiver

Evening/Overnight Caregiver. Responsible for watchful care and oversight of residents and overnight respite care clients. Responsible for the communication and documentation of resident and client activities, behaviors and changes appropriately. Duties on this shift include and are not limited to: medication administration assistance, assistance with toileting, house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

Established in 1982 and incorporated in 1991 GPCH is one of the first licensed Personal Care Homes in the city of Savannah. We take great pride in the care that we provide to our Home's residents. We maintain a six bed residential facility and provide respite care to members of our community 365 days a year.
