Janitorial Technician

As a Janitorial Technician, your responsibilities may include:

• General cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting
• Restroom and kitchen cleaning
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Trash and recycling removal
• Cleaning common areas, offices, residential properties, and facilities
• Interior glass and reachable window cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Commercial janitorial cleaning
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning when trained and assigned
• Following client-specific scopes of work and cleaning checklists
• Properly using and caring for company cleaning equipment and supplies
• Helping load, unload, organize, secure, and account for company equipment and supplies
• Following company safety procedures, chemical-handling requirements, and PPE requirements
• Maintaining professional behavior while working at customer properties
• Reporting property damage, safety concerns, supply needs, or client concerns to management
• Taking before-and-after photos or completing job documentation when required
• Assisting other team members as needed to complete assignments efficiently
• Performing other reasonable cleaning-related duties assigned by management
