Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

We are also seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager position with road to a salaried Kitchen Manager position.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and managing dough.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• *Weekends are a must*

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and knowledge of dietary department practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the food industry is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
