About this role: Be Nice Academy is a voluntarily registered home based family day center. We are looking for a full time, holistic friendly teacher/ provider to join our close knit family! Our Academy provides for no more than four students at a time, with emphasis on wellness and individualized care plans. Our facility has a surveillance system that is accessible to parents. The work hours are 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. The pay starts at $13.50 an hour with a raise considered after a 90 day evaluation.
Qualifications and Duties:
%E6; A DOE approved kinesthetic curriculum will be provided, we would like for our chosen candidate to adjust it to fit your teaching style.
%E6; 10, 3, & 1 hour certifications required.
%E6; TB screen results required.
%E6; CDA and/ or ten plus years of experience.
%E6; Hours will vary from 30-50 a week.
%E6; Must be able to care for students ages six weeks to twelve years old.
%E6; CPR and first aid required (adult and infant).
%E6; Background and fingerprint required through employer.
%E6; Must remain on premises for breaks and lunch.
%E6; Must be willing to work 10.5 hour shifts.
%E6; Knowledgeable on holistic meal prepping is a plus.
%E6; Preferred non-smoker.
