Administrative Support

We are seeking an energetic and positive-minded person to join our team of highly talented individuals in the complex world of rapidly growing, high-technology, high-value pulsed-power solutions. The successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring positive, first impressions for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner

· Distribute incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel

· Manage and maintain corporate calendar, and conference rooms

· Assist with office administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry

· Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area

· Point of contact for other sites as appropriate

· Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies

· Shipping and receiving coordination

· Create expense report approval coordination

· Maintain office supply restocking and inventory

· Ensure that all visitors follow office security protocols

· Other receptionist duties as assigned and appropriate

Desired Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; administrative coursework is a plus

· 1 year of prior receptionist or administrative experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay Range: Based on Experience

$15/hr - $20/hr
