About the Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and motivated Construction Tradesmen to join our growing team working on commercial and multi-family construction projects throughout the Detroit area.

This position requires individuals who are willing and able to perform a wide range of construction tasks across multiple trades. Successful candidates will be adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working outside their primary area of expertise as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks related to your trade safely and efficiently.
• Perform a variety of construction duties across multiple trades as needed.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project instructions.
• Assist with site preparation, installation, repairs, and finishing work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, field engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Learn and perform additional construction tasks outside of your primary trade as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction trade preferred.
• Experience in commercial and/or multi-family construction.
• Experience in concrete, carpentry, or MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work preferred.
• Willingness and ability to master trades and construction disciplines outside of your current area of expertise.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials as required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
