Educational Director, Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher
Job Description
Well established and growing Daycare Center/Preschool in Astoria and Long Island City is seeking qualified, caring and loving individuals to join our team. The center offers programs for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
Educational Director
• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Must be a NYS Certified Teacher in Early Childhood Education
• Must have at least 2 years of Head Teacher experience in a classroom setting
• Prior experience as Educational Director is preferred
Head Teacher/Assistant Teacher for children ages 2-5 years old
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or related field or have a study plan and work towards to get a degree in early childhood education
• Must have a NYS Teacher Certification or have a study plan to get certified
• Must have Experience working with children ages 2-5
• Recent Graduates are welcome and teaching experience in an early education setting is preferred
Head Teacher/Assistant Teacher for infants and toddlers
• Associate's degree in early childhood education or Child Development Associate (CDA) certification and a study plan leading to an Associate's degree in ECE within seven years
• Must have Experience taking care of infants and toddlers
