Job Description
Experienced Private Client Paralegal Boston or Providence
Minimum of three years of experience handling all aspects of the estate and trust administration. Fiduciary administration and/or accounting experience will set yo up well for the opportunity.
Experience firm is looking for:
· Prepare probate pleadings, including petitions, inventories, accountings, final reports, and related filings.
· Prepare documents related to the identification, collection, and valuation of assets.
· Assist with fiduciary accounting.
· Prepare estate and gift tax returns.
Substantial client contact
Work directly with Trust & Estate practice group attorneys and partners.

Qualifications
Firm is looking for excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrated problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Specific compensation will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for the position.
Located in Boston or Providence RI.
