Job description
The Agency, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Burlington with leadership skills and the ability to direct and supervise staff. Strong customer service skills. This position is permanent in The Agency's Office.
Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clients and resolve issues by making weekly and daily visits to accounts
- Ensure a high quality of service is maintained
- Train and manage team
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the demands of business
- Marketing
- Oversee Payroll(entry-level)total time cards check off on payroll report submitted to the home office)

- Strong attention to detail
- College Degree or Management experience
